Job Description:
The Cocktail Server’s primary responsibility is to provide prompt and courteous beverage service to guests in the casino, restaurant, bar, and lounge areas while maintaining a fun and pleasant atmosphere for both guests and co-workers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Interact positively and effectively with guest and co-workers
- Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
- Make recommendations and answer all related inquires
- Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take drink orders and process accurate POS transactions
- Keep Wait Station stocked, cleaned, and organized at all times
- ID customers for legal age
- Pick up glassware and returned to be cleaned
- Set up or organize chairs and tables in the bar, lounge and casino floor
- Maintain company and department standards
- Keep work area in compliance with health regulation and department procedures
- Maintain a Southern Nevada Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
- All other duties as assigned
