Job Summary
We are currently seeking an Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the success of our operations, ensuring adherence to the client’s culture and guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards. The F and B Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the food service operation, including new café openings, staff supervision and development, financial management, retail management, and overall management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation's overall success, ensuring compliance with the client’s culture and guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Oversee all new café openings, managing pre-opening schedules, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Analyze café financials to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure profitability.
- Oversee retail operations to drive sales and profitability.
- Lead all aspects of the food service operation to ensure success
- Maintain and promote a strong work ethic among staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Motivate, train, develop, and direct all staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the operation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Solve problems professionally, rapidly, and fairly, addressing issues as they arise to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a working relationship with the client, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in food service operations, preferably within a casino or multi-outlet hotel environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing multi-unit operations, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
