PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

The Recruitment Specialist leads the Company’s efforts in identifying, recruiting, and building a strong service delivery workforce that collectively delivers a level of quality and customer/client satisfaction that is consistent with the Company’s mission and guiding principles.

This position is a member of the Service Delivery Team, which involves collaboration, cooperation, and coordination.

The Recruitment Specialist position is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, first shift. Recruitment Specialist will support office team and external clients with day-to-day operations.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

Recruitment Coordination: Continuously seek to identify prospective recruits in the field and through established recruitment channels and venues. Organize and manage the recruitment process by posting job openings using various recruiting platforms, social media, etc., screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

Employee Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork, orientations, and introductions are organized.

Data Management: Handle confidential HR data, maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases regularly.

Communication Hub: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.

Employee Relations: Handle basic employee relations matters, providing support and escalating issues to HR when necessary.

Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other developmental programs to enhance employee skills and foster continuous learning.

Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events and meetings to promote recruitment.

Legal Compliance: Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, assisting in ensuring the organization’s compliance with employment laws and policies.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience: 1 year experience in recruitment, preferably in homecare industry.

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Previous experience in office administration or a related field is advantageous.

A proactive and positive approach to problem solving, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Tech savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software. Efficiency in e-mail communication, filtering and responding to emails promptly. Utilize collaborative tools like Google workspace and Microsoft 365 to enable real time document sharing, editing, and collaboration among team members. Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking, brand promotion, and staying updated on industry trends. Microsoft Teams and Zoom for seamless team collaboration virtual meetings and instant messaging.

Database management: Possess adept skills in handling and maintaining databases and assuring accurate and organized storage of crucial information.
