Project management support including creation and update of project tracking, planning, and forecasting documents
Facilitate meetings, recording meeting minutes, sending meeting minutes, tracking project timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Brief and/or support briefings to the organizational leadership team on project status
Support for business process improvements including workflow diagrams, best practices, RACIs
Perform lessons learned with knowledge management activities
Create PowerPoint slide decks and Excel spreadsheets, including data visualization
Compile, record and track pertinent data through computerized systems
Manage capital asset purchasing system
QualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA in scientific, business administration, or similar field
4-6 years of related work experience (2-3 years of PM experience)
Familiarity with lab-based scientific principles and GMP regulations is a plus, but not required
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
PMP or other project management certification
Ideal Candidate Would Possess
Experience with managing and coordinating data in a dynamic fast paced environment
Initiative to identify and implement improvements to processes and workflows
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Suite, Power BI and Visio
Experience with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
Strong technical, analytical and communications skills
Ability to learn new systems, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions and comply with company policies
Understanding of biopharmaceutical industry
