Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is Hiring a Hr specialist Near Lancaster, PA

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will report directly to the HR Generalist / HRBP and will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing HRIS system requests, and addressing employee queries.

HR Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

HRIS Management : Process and manage employee data and action requests within the HRIS system (Oracle HCM), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Additionally assist with documentation of performance reviews in HRIS system.

Recruitment Coordination : Escalating manager requests to National Services Center (NSC) Recruiting team. Assisting with offer and promotion letter requests.

Helping to post job descriptions.

Employee Queries : Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR questions, policies, and procedures, in a timely and efficient manner.

Additionally escalating items to HRBP and / or National Services Center (NSC) as needed.

  • Administrative Support : Provide administrative support for HR related items. Provide administrative supports to HRBP as needed.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding : Support the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees, including the preparation of relevant materials and coordination of sessions.
  • Employee Training : Ensuring new hires complete required training courses. Assisting with reminders for annual training refreshers.
  • Documentation : Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, including HR policies, employee handbooks, and training materials.
  • Data Entry : Accurately enter and update employee information in the HRIS system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations : Assist in addressing minor employee relations issues and escalate more complex matters to the HRBP as needed.
  • HR Projects : Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Minor experience with employee relations issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Oracle HCM is an advantage.

Additional Information

Position is full-time and remote , working Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with overtime as needed.
