Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, food safety, and the hospitality industry. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions using a POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote specials and upsell products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
