Senior Manager, Product Development - Lithium-ion Batteries

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Li-ion product design.
2. Profound expertise in cell design and performance principles, product development, large and small volume manufacturing processes, as well as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) of Lithium-ion-based cells.
3. Mechanical Engineering Degree and experience with APQP or equivalent product quality systems and SPC.
