Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Manage a team of service technicians and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the dealership
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Train and mentor service technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service management
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell services and products to customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to align department goals with overall dealership objectives
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus
- Knowledge of oil change procedures is preferred

Pay: $56,830.00 - $80,000.00 per year
