This is a hands-on tactical role that provides support in the areas of workforce planning, coaching/development, employee engagement, and ad hoc projects as necessary.
What You'll DoBe the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefits Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reportingPartner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective mannerIdentify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutionsProvide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs Supports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and recordsAligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with Company employees
What You'll BringBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experienceProven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks2 years of experience in HR or related fieldsStrong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturityMaintains a high degree of professionalism and can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for teamCan multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environmentWorks independently as well as in a team environment
