What You'll DoWork in close partnership with People Operations team members and HR partners to support completion of unemployment claims, hearings, and tasksSupport Tesla Case Management InquiriesPartner effectively with center of excellence groups including HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, and IT to identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and system processesEnsure internal customer inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely mannerBe able to run reports and conduct basic analysis on dataPerform weekly audits of system data and partner with external vendors to reconcileSupport any other People programs as needed
