Quality Engineer I

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree (BS), preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation, Email Software
• Root Cause Analysis Tools Knowledge
• QMS Knowledge Highly Desired
• ASQ CQE desired
• ASQ CQI desired
• Proficiency in Spanish Language is a Plus

Responsibilities:

• Working with cross functional team to support manufacturing of Electric Vehicle Charging System
• Support design, development, and verification of EV Charging System and smart device application
• Perform and document process validation
• Perform technical tests and write technical reports
• Read technical procedures and follow the process
• Technical documentation review
• Change order review
• QC inspection
• Assess and document nonconformances
• Generate procedures and reports
• Support internal and external audits
• Read engineering drawings
• Create inspection procedures
• Track Key Performance Indicators
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years QE experience
• Experience using metrology and measurement tools
• Experience working in manufacturing environment desired, preferably in organizations with established QMS
• Experience in evaluating, solving, and reporting on technical issues desired
