Evac Group is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near Pembroke, FL

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team and ensure high customer satisfaction and quality across all our deliverables. As a key player in our Marine segment projects, you will have total responsibility for delivery projects, encompassing project management, engineering, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:In this hands-on role, you will secure customer satisfaction by fulfilling all contractual obligations, managing the project, and leading the project execution team. You will ensure adherence to the delivery project process, maintaining total quality across scope, budget, and schedule. Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading project planning and follow-up, including resourcing, time schedules, project budget, and invoicing.
  • Managing change, risk, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensuring efficient external and internal communication and reporting with various stakeholders.
  • Overseeing all engineering tasks personally and leading site activities, including projects conducted on operating vessels and during dry docks.
Key Requirements:We expect you to have at least a Bachelor's level education in engineering or business, preferably in machine, process, or electrical/automation engineering, or a professional background supporting critical competency areas for this role. Additionally, you should have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or a similar role, preferably in the Marine or Offshore industry.
  • Experience in project leadership within a global technology company.
  • A drive to develop project management processes, tools, and cooperation in a global environment.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding project schedules.
  • Independence in operating within a virtual environment under remote leadership across time zones.
  • Relevant experience in mechanical or electrical/automation engineering, process equipment, and process knowledge.
  • A proven track record of managing the technical scope of projects and systematic communication with customer technical teams.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills, capable of instructing needs to internal and external stakeholders and reviewing their outcomes.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience with retrofit or service projects is advantageous.
The role requires approximately 30% travel, including onboard surveys, customer visits, and site management.
