EvaDeans Bakery is Hiring a Restaurant Manager Near Wilmette, IL
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Leadership Team.EvaDeans Bakery and Cafe is a bakery and restaurant in downtown Wilmette. Opened at the beginning of March 2024 as a brunch spot. However, we will be opening three nights a week. We are looking for outgoing, friendly and dynamic personalities to take on a management role. .Qualified candidates should possess:
- Experience in a faced paced, service focused restaurant
- Food & Beverage knowledge (and curiosity) with a solid understanding of wine, beer and spirits
- Experience with staff training and implementation of systems
- Experience with reservation systems (Resy is the current system)
- Experience with Toast operating system
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/oral/listening)
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
