Location Details: This role is hybrid with up to 3 days on-site/week in Washington D.C.
Evans Consulting is hiring a Manager of Leadership and Communications to support a federal client in Washington, DC. You will serve as a team lead, including project and people management functions, and act as a primary client liaison serving as a strategic advisor. This role entails management of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including designing and facilitating leadership meetings. We are looking for someone who is passionate around facilitating organizational collaboration, communications and strengthening organizational capacity.

• Act as a project and people leader overseeing quality control and strong team performance.
• Design and facilitate meetings and workshops for effective outcomes.
• Act as a trusted liaison to senior leadership while supporting project operations.
• Foster and execute employee and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor.
• Assist in creating targeted messages and content for presentations, workshops, and other communication approaches.
• Provide leadership for organizational design evolutions and implementation of changes.
• Support change initiatives by facilitating communication and engagement with stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree plus at least 12 years of experience is required. A Master's Degree may substitute for three years of experience.
• Experience with facilitation, organization development, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and innovation in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Remain proactive and responsive while supporting project functions.
• Ability to work with little supervision and to support management, including executive levels.
• Certification in leadership development, project management, or facilitation is a plus.
• Certification or experience with coaching and assessments including DISC, CliftonStrengths, Core Clarity, and other work style assessments is a plus.
• Experience working in a strategic role with management/leadership teams is a plus.
