Primary Responsibilities & Duties

  • Operate large and small excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders
  • Complete daily equipment maintenance, including checking or adding fluids, grease, and clean tracks
  • Complete various tasks ranging from demolition, excavation, fine grading, and site utilities, to other construction activities
  • Willingness to help complete small labor tasks, if needed
  • Interact professionally with customers and co-workers
  • 40-50 hours per week; Year-round work
  • Company transportation from Main Office to project location daily

Requirements

  • Clean driver’s license that can pass insurance background check
  • CDL preferred, but not required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing)
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and /or holidays
  • Ability to work in conditions with exposure to weather elements
