Dental office located in downtown Evanston is looking for an experienced full-time customer centric, patient, reliable, friendly, confident and sharp full-time receptionist to join our small, laid-back, modern, privately owned office in downtown Evanston. NO CORPORATE STRESS!

Dentrix (or similar) and insurance processing experience is a MUST. Please be mindful of your rush hour commute when applying for this position.

2 YEARS DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Schedule (Full-time)

• Monday (alternating every other) 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Tues - Thurs 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm

Requirements

• MUST have Dentrix (or similar) experience
• MUST have basic math skills
• MUST have experience processing dental insurance claims
• Minimum 2 years experience in the front desk dental office setting
• The ability to handle tense situations with patients in a calm manner

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all office policies and HIPAA privacy standards
• Answer phones and routine patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and process dental claims
• Process payments, invoices and inputs patient data into Dentrix dental software
• Other office duties as needed or required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
