Role Description

Responsibility 1: Analysis and processing of client anomalies According to the anomalies exposed by products shipped to the client, collect and process information within 24 hours, communicate with the project team at the first time, and jointly conduct failure mechanism analysis. At the same time, deeply participate in the client problem analysis process, assist in solving anomalies to ensure customer satisfaction;

Responsibility 2: Follow-up of major client nodes According to project development nodes, on-site follow-up of major client project nodes (such as client trial production), timely understanding of customer dynamics, and sharing information found in the process with the project team;

Responsibility 3: Other departments or project team work According to the needs of the department or project team work, resident engineers need to cooperate and assist in dealing with other matters besides products, such as supporting the construction of overseas bases and carrying out pre-sales support for RFI projects.

Knowledge requirements:

1. Have basic knowledge of power battery industry, familiar with power battery system structure and electrical design, familiar with the basic content of power battery fault analysis and emergency treatment; 2. Have basic knowledge of CAN communication, have a certain understanding of UDS protocol ISO14229, OBD protocol, J1939, ISO26262, familiar with BMS development is preferred; 3. Familiar with European and American OEM vehicle supporting and development process or power battery development process, understand IATF 16949 quality management system

Skills required:

1. Excellent language skills, English (or German) and can be used as a working language 2. Master oscilloscope, multimeter, Vector tool chain (e.g. Canoe, Canape); 3. Proficient in Office, MATLAB and other office software; 4. Able to use 5W2H, 8D, fishbone chart and other quality tools;
