Business Development Manager - Recruiting Industry

Evenflow Solutions is a growing Staffing and Talent Management company that is looking to add an Business Development Manager to it’s team. We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who are driven and willing to learn. We are looking for individuals with previous recruiting or sales and account management experience in an agency environment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Staffing Agency experience is required
  • Previous commercial/sales or Account Management experience (retail, B2C, etc.) or have extensive recruiting experience and ready to make the move into sales.
  • Must be willing to travel to client locations. This position will cover North and sometimes East Texas
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Above average competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Willing to spend a great deal of time on the phone daily making cold calls to potential customers and clients
  • A track record of a solid work ethic
  • A strong drive to be in a sales environment
  • Goals and metrics-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with autonomy—must possess self-discipline and grit
  • The ability to communicate and build professional relationships
  • An Outgoing Personality with strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team
  • The intellect to “think on your feet,” solve problems, and make wise decisions
  • Desire to pursue a career in sales and leadership

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility for this position is to grow the business by acquiring new clients in the Banking, Finance and Accounting, Administrative, Medical Revenue Cycle and Light industrial industries
  • Manage and track business prospects; develop new verticals for business development
  • Must be willing to spend a great deal of time on the phone and be willing to work in a High Volume, deadline driven environment
  • Researching clients, Targeting and qualifying prospects
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates
  • Setting Appointments and Cold Calling on clients
  • Relationship building
  • Collaborating with recruiting and management teams
  • Communicate regularly with the operations team to inform them of upcoming and potential needs of clients
