This position requires frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, so candidates must be able to travel without restrictions and maintain all necessary travel documentation.

Join us as we redefine what's possible in architectural innovation. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Installation Site Foreman, you will play an important role in bringing our projects to life, ensuring seamless and successful installations.

Responsibilities include : Installing interior and exterior prefabricated products accurately and precisely. Traveling globally for installations, sometimes on short notice.

Supervising construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure on-time completion while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Addressing challenges effectively through communication and collaboration. Conducting site visits and surveys, evaluating fabrication and installation methods, and performing daily inspections to uphold quality standards.

Serving as a liaison with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their vision is realized. Supporting our in-house fabrication teams when not on site, providing valuable installation insights.

Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, assessing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

Maintaining no-restriction travel status for frequent local and international travel. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with : A wealth of construction expertise, including proven ability to supervise union and non-union subcontractors in construction.

Familiarity with common construction tools and proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. At least 5 years of successful site management experience in demanding construction environments.

A relevant degree (e.g., Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for strategic planning. A valid driver's license and spotless driving record.

Experience in client-facing roles and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Some hands-on fabrication experience (e.g., finish carpentry, metal fabrication). Commitment to project success and a readiness for frequent domestic and international travel.
