EverBless Foundation is Hiring a Relationship Manager Near Richmond, VA
Organization: EverBless Foundation supports faith-based giving, helping ministries and individuals grow and distribute charitable funds to help move their mission forward.
Position Summary: The Relationship Manager implements and administers programs designed to strengthen relationships and enhance communications with existing EverBless clients, both individuals and organizations. This position reports to the CEO and works closely with the advancement team.
Responsibilities:
· Establish, nurture and strengthen relationships with individual and organizational clients through regular contact via email, telephone, and face to face meetings.
· Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and feedback and provide regular reports to the CEO and advancement team on client relationship status and progress.
· Maintain and report on the onboarding checklist for new clients.
· Travel to meetings with individual and organizational clients, primarily day trips within Virginia, expected to be approximately 40% of total work time.
· Collaborate with the CEO to develop relationship building practices for clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Goals and results driven.
· Comfortable leading one-on-one meetings
· Strong oral, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
· Effective communication skills
· General knowledge of estate planning instruments
· General knowledge of money management
· Demonstrated public speaking skills.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; or equivalent work experience
· 2 years’ experience in business, marketing, communications, or development
· Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience making cold calls and developing client relationships.
The anticipated salary starts at $70,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
