Basement Repair Crew Member/Driver

Job description:

The Basement Repair Crew Member works together with the Field Supervisor, Foreman, Crew Chief, and other crew members in a fast-paced and fun environment. We will teach and train you to use a variety of equipment, including hand and power tools: jackhammers, machos, weepers, and bulldog tools.

*MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE OUT OF THE PROBATIONARY DRIVER LICENSE PERIOD.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY- we will train you! Our Basement Repair Crew Members will learn the following skills:

-proper waterproofing techniques

-masonry work

-light plumbing

-light electrical

-landscaping

*We provide all necessary tools and safety equipment. We also provide transportation to/from all job sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

-ability to lift 50-60 lbs

-dependable transportation to and from the shop each day

-dependability and the willingness to work hard

HOURS:

Monday through Friday, starting at 630AM. A typical work week is between 40 and 50 hours. NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS- PAID HOLIDAYS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
