Job Summary:

Evereden is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist with various tasks related to our marketing and social media efforts. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the curation and planning of social content, growing our ambassador networks, and the management of VIP mailers for influencers, investors, and celebrities. Your work will contribute to creating positive brand experiences and building lasting relationships with our key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content: Work with the Marketing team to plan, brief, and edit content for brand Instagram & TikTok.

2. TikTok Community Management: Manage communications with TikTok community via comments and DMs, and establish relationships with creators via gifting.

3. Talent Search: Work with the Marketing team to identify potential new content creator partners across Instagram and TikTok

4. Pack VIP Mailers: Work with the Marketing team to prepare and pack VIP mailers for influencers, investors, and celebrities. Ensure each mailer is thoughtfully put together, adhering to the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

5. Occasional Hand-Delivery: Assist with the hand-delivery of VIP mailers when necessary, ensuring timely and professional interactions with recipients.

6. Shipment Coordination: Manage the coordination of shipments to our brand partners, including verifying shipping details, packaging requirements, and delivery timelines. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics.

7. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, including organizing documents, updating databases, and assisting with any additional tasks that contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

• Interest in TikTok with a finger on the pulse of trends native to that platform
• Demonstrated ability to curate social content, particularly TikTok
• Excellent packing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Professional and courteous demeanor, especially when representing the brand to external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with skincare and beauty industries is a plus.
