IT Project manager 3
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Portland, OR Hybrid
Working Hours: 8a - 5pm
Team and Work Environment
Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: Team Size – 20 folks across onsite and offshore
Roles – BA, Data Engineers, API engineers, UI engineers, Product owner
Initiatives – Product development for digitization of Utility line operations
Tools/ Technology: Cloud platform (AWS, Snowflake)
What would “a day in the life” of this role look like?: Stakeholder engagement, program strategy and present outs, coordinating progress, risk and impediment mitigation
What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? Track progress and Project planning with team members.
Weekly connect with hiring manager
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Roadmap and program milestone set up. Stakeholder engagement and report outs, Team norming and budget planning.
Required Skills: Is utilities experience required? (Y/N) Nice to have

1. Lead and manage iterative product development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Oversee multiple agile teams, including geographically diverse teams both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and collaboration.
3. Overall planning, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement; Strong communication and leadership skills to keep the project on track
