Position Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to program strategy and presentations.
- Coordinate progress, mitigate risks and impediments.
- Track project planning and progress with team members.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the hiring manager.
- Set up the roadmap and program milestones in the initial weeks/months.
- Engage stakeholders and provide regular reports.
- Facilitate team norming and budget planning.
- Lead and manage iterative product development projects.
- Oversee multiple agile teams, including offshore teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Overall planning, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in risk and dependencies management (nice to have).
- Budget management (nice to have).
- Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA (nice to have).
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
- Utilities experience is nice to have but not required.
- PMP and Scrum Master certifications are nice to have but not required.
