Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the VP of Commercial Property Management located in Scottsdale, AZ. The VP of Commercial Property Management will be responsible for overseeing the management of commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, and maximizing profitability. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement property management strategies, monitor financial performance, and maintain strong tenant relationships. The VP of Commercial Property Management will lead a team of property management professionals and will play a key role in driving the success of Everest Holdings' commercial property portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in commercial property management and operations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and construction oversight
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing property management strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Industry certifications such as CPM or RPA are advantageous
  • Proficiency in property accounting software and MS Office Suite
