Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.
- Proven experience in content management systems, specifically Drupal and WordPress.
- Experience with CMS migration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of third-party integrations and related testing
- Proficient in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Partner with the Project Manager to develop and execute Testing Strategy for the project
- Develop test plan, including a detailed testing schedule
- Identify, mitigate, escalate and communicate defects, issues and risk
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, and facilitation
- Ability to create detailed test scripts based on a list of functional requirements and test scenarios and scripts from previous projects (if existing)
- Ability to create End-to-End test scenarios from Use cases and Solution deign documents.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and IT associates
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to breakdown and effectively communicate complex business and technical processes, problems, and issues
