Everett Consignment is looking for motivated retail sales associates who want to enter on the ground floor of a startup company. Room for growth is tremendous.
Tier 1: $20-$22 an hour DOE and includes mastery of the side work on a busy day.
Tier 2: $22-$24 an hour. Here you will learn the product, how to make sales, and how to do consignment drop intake.
Tier 3: $24-$26 an hour and will be an Assistant manager position if/when available. Here you will be in charge of the store two days a week when the store manager is gone. Strong Communication with the store manager and operations of the store and its responsibilities are all yours.
Tier 4 is a store manager position if/when available. $60k salary with a $10,000 bonus which you are required to get 100% of. (Can explain at a later date)
Tier 5 is a district manager if/when this position becomes available. $75k salary, plus bonus. This is a Boots on the ground making sure all stores are running properly. May be in charge of opening new locations and creation of new processes. Willingness to solve problems and tackle projects. Reporting to the CEO.
Tier 6 is an out-of-state business developer and district manager. May require travel or relocations to other states to expand our business. Salary and bonus are negotiable depending on location and goals. Work closely with the CEO and partners.
