Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.

Policy Customization: Design insurance plans that align with clients' individual requirements.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional products.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuing Education: Actively participate in team huddles and training.

Licensing: Active Arizona Property & Casualty License, or ability to obtain

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or service experience

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Client Focus: Strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering top-notch service.

Adaptability: Ability to excel in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
