Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Charlotte, NC. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching and developing employees to the behaviors that create success in their roles. You will support upholding operational excellence through daily store operations, managing store inventory and fulfillment, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards. This is a key role that will ensure the smooth operation of the store and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers!
