Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor progress
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care

Skills:

- Experience in childcare, nursing, hospice care, patient care, senior care, assisted living, or related fields
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and respect
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary

Pay: $15.00 - $19.90 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
