Come be part of a small company that does big things. We are currently seeking a Lawn Care Crew Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for taking care of our client's property maintenance needs. Our main focus is Lawn Care but you would also do some garden work and small landscape projects. We are looking for a motivated, fun loving, people person who loves to work outside and takes pride in what they do. Must be able to work well with a team as well as work alone. Ideal Canadettes will be reliable, enjoy working with their hands and have a positive attitude. Must have a clean drivers license and have some knowlage of lawn care.

Responsibilities:

• Lawn and Garden maintenance
• Keep a task log to record billable time
• Talk with customers and keep record of what their preferences are.
• Help lead other team members

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care
• Clean Driving record and experience driving with a trailer
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
