Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials
- Verify orders, label packages, and prepare items for shipping
- Organize stock and maintain inventory records
- Operate forklifts or reach trucks to move materials within the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 to track orders and inventory
- Pick orders accurately and prepare packages for shipment
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in handling materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk or similar role in a distribution center
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems like AS400
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment safely
- Knowledge of e-commerce shipping practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
