We are looking for a team player with drive, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business. The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day. Capable of utilizing simple CRM programs to track, manage, and convert more prospects into clients. Your communication skills and follow-up must be executive-level!

  • Excellent work/home life balance. Competitive Wage and Benefits Package.
  • $60,000-$100,000 Yearly Salary Performance-Based and Full Benefits Package!
  • There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and meeting established goals and milestones.
  • The first 90 days of employment is a probationary period and you will be considered a temporary employee.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

The position will entail sales, customer service responsibilities, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be able to discuss big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity, plus be very comfortable with following up with prospects who have contacted the firm. Excellent organizational skills are a must.

  • Screen and complete intake of potential new clients via multiple inquiry channels in a timely manner
  • Conduct all initial in-person, video, or telephonic consults with prospective clients
  • Show evidence of successful sales conversion rates (we need someone who can convert 60% of new prospective clients to sold status)
  • Complete all follow-up calls and follow-through meetings with prospective clients who did not hire the Firm
  • Assist Marketing Coordinator with lead activities and marketing initiatives
  • Prospect for referral partners and new clients in the community through networking and relationship-building
  • Report weekly conversion rates to the supervisor
  • Stay updated on the industry trends
  • Lead monthly Webinars/Seminars in a PowerPoint presentation

Qualifications:
  • Build relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult time
  • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting the value
