Description

Evergreen North America is a leading provider of environmental and industrial cleaning solutions to the downstream and midstream energy sectors.

This position compiles employees' time and production records by performing the following duties. Will directly interact with field accounting staff including but not limited to;

A / P, A / R, payroll, and field employees. Ensures proper timekeeping and billing for assigned project.

• Handles purchase order requests through the A / P process
• Handles branch billing and customer relations
• Codes and submits payroll hours for a large population of field employees to the Payroll Department
• Verify payroll / billing hours against customer time tracking system, Track and payroll data reconciliation
• Account reconciliation, auditing, and maintaining records for audit requests
• Develop, review, and submit cost reports timely
• Meeting monthly closing schedule
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Answers phone and greets walk-ins
• Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions to assist Project Manager and field staff

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office software
• Basic knowledge of Excel (100k Rows, Pivot Tables, Basic formulas and formatting)
• Excellent oral / written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting
• Able to pass government background checks as well as drug screenings including hair follicle and urine screenings
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
