Evergreen Private Care of North Central Florida is Hiring an Office Services Coordinator Near Ocala, FL

JOB TITLE: Office Services Coordinator

Company: Evergreen Private Care

Location: OCALA, Florida (34471)

Evergreen Private Care is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and maintaining direct care staffs required documentation, reception duties, office supplies inventory, and maintenance. This is a fast-paced, primarily desk-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service as a receptionist, including answering multi-line phones, taking and delivering messages, greeting guests, and escorting them as appropriate.

Support the recruitment of direct care staff by reviewing, confirming and maintaining applicants' credentials, qualifications, licensure, and training.

Schedule interviews with suitable candidates and process applications.

Uphold a fair and inclusive hiring process, ensuring a diverse and equitable workforce.

Process and review background checks and all necessary documentation to determine employment eligibility.

Ensure direct care staff receives and meets mandatory required training and In Services

Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and prepare purchase orders as needed.

Participate in Agency meetings to collaborate and coordinate ongoing needs and responsibilities.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable office environment.

Uphold client and staff confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.

Assist with the organization and maintenance of essential documentation.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company by providing feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate with 2 years of office experience

Clear criminal background check. (Must pass Level 2 background screening)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
  • Understanding of office tasks, including sitting, standing, stooping, and walking, as well as telephone and computer communication
