Reporting to the Equipment Manager and Branch Manager this hands-on role is responsible for transporting breakroom solutions to and from warehouse to custom locations, maintaining a clean organized work area, and evaluating breakroom & refreshment equipment to determine what’s needed (parts, cleaning, re-building) to re-deploy equipment. Equipment Associates must have an eye for detail, care for organization, and comfort around basic hand tools. This role involves driving to customer sites 3-5 days a week.

Primary functions

·Supports loading of equipment to a company vehicle.

· Stages inbound/outbound equipment to designated breakroom areas.

· Initiates the setup of equipment and installation process.

· Conducts Inventory of equipment and service parts monthly.

· Maintains and orders parts inventory replenishments as needed.

· Supports field service technicians.

· Establishes and executes preventative maintenance schedules.

· Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots/diagnoses, and supports rebuilding of equipment to factory standards.

· Documents worked performed on equipment.

· Collaborates with managers and field technicians to support equipment movement schedules.

Skills:

· Mechanical and electronic aptitude.

· Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.

· Driving and delivery of products (ideal but not necessary)

· Excellent time management skills.

· Willingness to learn about new types of equipment.

· Experience repairing refreshment equipment or appliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
