Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate installs
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate events, including meetings, conferences, and installs
- Perform data entry tasks such as order entry and updating customer information
Skills:
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
