Description
Everi is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance Licensing Specialist to join our expanding team! If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will handle entity and principal licensing applications as well as regulatory filings.
**This role is local to Las Vegas, NV**
What Will You Be Doing?

• Obtain required occupational, entity, and/or principal licensing in jurisdictions where the company operates or plans to operate.
• Compile and submit annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly regulatory filings in jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Respond to regulatory authorities to resolve licensing matters, submit requisite filings, and handle questions or requests; manage and resolve internal and external client requests via email, remote computer access, and telephone.
• Monitor and support assigned cases, update case activities, and train users on the current internal regulatory licensing system.
• Regularly analyze employee licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve licensing or regulatory compliance issues, respond to inquiries, and communicate resolutions promptly.
• Communicate with regulatory compliance management regarding software errors and recommend program changes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:

• Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in gaming, licensing, or regulatory compliance is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory licensing software, casino and/or gaming environments, and the associated licensing requirements in multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
• Nice-to-have's:
  • Experience processing entity and/or principal licensing applications.
  • Working knowledge of ArdentSky and other compliance software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64k-$68k salaried.
