From handling fleet vehicle administrative tasks to investigating accounting discrepancies, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What Will You Be Doing?
• Responsible for overseeing process workflows related to sales, accounting, legal, and service.
• Coordinates and manages sales orders; works closely with cross functional teams, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Responsible for gathering product feedback from user groups; develops and facilitates product communications and messaging.
• Responsible for administrative tasks related to fleet vehicles.
• Compiles final billing expenses.
• Develops and maintains various customer and product reports, ensuring database information is accurate and up to date.
• Customarily and regularly investigates accounting related customer issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinates quotes, contracts, orders, and product delivery processes.
• Reviews contracted items for proper evaluation and gathers required approvals, ensuring contract execution is accurate, efficient, and timely.
• Gathers information from multiple sources providing analytics, feedback, and recommendations as required by management.
• Reviews processes identifying and communicating areas for improvement, submitting to management for approval.
• Reviews and assesses existing CRM opportunities and cases; proactively creates opportunities in ticket generation, workflow management, revisions, and uploads for review and assessment.
• Regularly communicates responses on service issues, product questions, training requests, IT support, and installations.
• Manages and tracks multiple priorities, activities, issues, and other product related progress items.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
- HS Diploma required; BA preferred
- 1-2 years experience in an operations role
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office proficient
- Salesforce knowledge a plus!

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour and is overtime eligible.
