About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Health Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to enhance the quality and reputation of the health sciences programs. This includes ensuring academic excellence, fostering a supportive learning environment for student success, and engaging with the community to enrich experiential learning opportunities. The Dean will also be tasked with administrative leadership, overseeing the allocation of resources, and ensuring the School's compliance with accrediting bodies and regulations. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 3 years experience at a Chair or Associate Dean level, and at least 5 years of successful teaching experience. The role requires a visionary mindset, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Doctorate in a relevant discipline is preferred. The Dean will supervise a number of key positions within the School and is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing both the academic and administrative functions, in line with the institution's core values of collaboration, equity, excellence, inclusivity, innovation, integrity, and respect.
