Overview:
Everlast Roofing, Inc. HR Generalist reports directly to the Human Resource Manager. The HR Generalist will support our HR department's activities while working closely with HR management. This position is integral to handling day-to-day HR functions, from employee onboarding to offboarding and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software, particularly Paycom.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
