Job Brief
EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive National Accounts Business Development Manager to build and scale the National Accounts component of our business as we continue to expand our operations in most major US and Canadian markets.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy and have a strong “hunter” sales mentality while also being able to effectively manage strategic relationships and work with a cross-section of EverLine’s franchise partners and their team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B construction or commercial/industrial trades working with large regional and national chains.
- The National Accounts Business Development Manager leads the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers.
- The Director of National Accounts Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
- The National Accounts Business Development Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
- The National Accounts Business Development Manager focuses on the headquarters and key buying locations of assigned accounts while coordinating closely with field associates assigned to these customers’ other locations.
- The National Accounts Business Development Manager reports directly to the VP of Market Development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients, both new and existing.
- Coordinate with Franchise Partners for local market success.
- Attain profitable sales targets and strategic goals in assigned accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Continuously assess and address customer needs while engaging company resources effectively.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated national accounts.
- Meet profitability expectations.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by EverLine leadership.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
- Create clear and detailed project scopes for hand off to project manager and franchise locations.
QUALIFICATIONS ·
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, or relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience working with Google Workspace and other Cloud-based applications, ideally in HubSpot as well.

WORK LOCATION
This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexibility. It includes up to 25% of your time at our corporate office (Houston, TX), up to 50% travel to various locations, and the potential for remote work for qualified candidates.
