This is a long term contract opportunity with our fortune 100 life science client. We need someone that can come to the NJ and PA offices several times/week for meetings.

We have been working with this client for 20 years and you will be joining out team of 100 professionals.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical and business acumen to manage and coordinate a Generative AI launch plan In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project to implement and deploy a multi-tenet Generative AI solution across various stakeholder groups across Global Services and our partners.

Location: Central NJ 2-3 days PA office on Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Program Manager and Product Team to lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeframe.

Collaborate with the various stakeholder groups to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, aligning them with the Generative AI objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, logs, status updates, and related collateral ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.

Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.

Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, specifically in the field of Generative AI working in a large enterprise environment to deploy solutions at scale.

Strong understanding of principles and techniques related to Generative AI, including the coordination of product delivery, model development and curation, testing strategies, user adoption, change plans, promotion and communication, and operations.

Proven track record of managing the build and deployment of an AI solution, preferably a Generative AI solution, from prototype to production.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
