THE POSITION
In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of proposals, responses to requests for information (RFIs), and other relevant documents. You will collaborate with employees across various functional areas as needed. Your responsibilities will see you own the process to align the sales strategy with the commercial sales team, organizing internal "kick-off meetings" with your internal stakeholders, drafting the deliverables, and expediting requests to senior leaders for expert input in line with the proposal's strategic vision. You must develop documents efficiently and accurately according to EVERSANA SOPs, and within specified deadlines. Additionally, you will communicate project statuses and escalate potential issues to relevant department directors and senior management to ensure EVERSANA's success. The role also involves creating budgets for our commercialization and integrated models.
As a Manager, you will have line management responsibilities and assist in mentoring junior team members, in addition to supporting team initiatives aligned with our goals.
This is a highly visible role, and as the successful candidate, you will interact with senior management across the organization. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are critical, along with strong writing abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
