The Role
As a PMO Manager within the Onboarding Team in the US, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer projects within that NAMER / LATAM region, and ensuring those projects are delivered in a timely manner, and to a high standard. You will supervise the day-to-day activities, and be a direct line manager for the program managers reporting to them. You will work closely with the System Engineers, and cross-functionally with the Sales, Product and Engineering teams (to name a few). You should be a self starter who is proud to strive for excellence in all you do.
What you'll do
    • Leads the NAMER / LATAM Program Managers manages the day to day running of the team and the projects.
    • Has overall responsibility for projects that the team are working on. Acts as a point of escalation for the team.
    • Works with senior leadership to create strategic goals for their team. Measures performance of those goals.
    • Ensures that the team create and maintain project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the onboarding process.
    • Helps the team to identify creative and robust solutions to address project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables. Supports customer calls where necessary. Be a point of escalation for any technical delays.
    • Manages multiple customer projects. Is a Subject Matter Expert in relation to customer onboarding projects. Manages projects with specific complexities and unique requirements.
    • Manages internal and external stakeholders. Monitors project reporting to ensure it's delivered.
    • Works with the legal team on customer contracts when required, ensuring compliance and alignment with project objectives. Escalates any issues impacting project delivery to management, providing recommendations for resolution and mitigation.
    • Shares skills, knowledge, and expertise across members of the team. Fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Profile and Skills
    • You will have experience leading and motivating a small number of team members including managing performance, KPIs and operations. Leading teams of people in a similar function is essential (3 years).
    • You will lead and manage the NAMER / LATAM PMO
    • You are proficient in utilizing various tools and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, and Teamwork to streamline project workflows and communication.
    • You will be a proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently. Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to anticipate and address potential issues promptly.
    • You have a keen interest in Everseen's technology solutions. You will become comfortable discussing them at a high level and staying updated with the latest developments.
    • You will lead and drive ways to improve onboarding processes.
    • You demonstrate initiative, drive, and self-motivation in taking full ownership of the region, ensuring accountability for project outcomes, and fostering a no-blame culture conducive to continuous improvement.
    • You possesses in-depth problem-solving skills and exercise good judgment. You are capable of navigating and resolving complex situations effectively.
    • You are highly organized with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in project execution and documentation.
    • You have previous experience effectively managing project resources, and constantly looking at how we can improve processes to optimize the existing team.
    • Experience working in a PMO for 3 years and experience working in the retail industry is preferred.
    • A relevant degree qualification and Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP etc.) is preferred.
    • There is an expectation of up to 10% travel with this role.
