SummaryEversight's Donor Eligibility Coordinator is responsible for determining donor corneal tissue suitability based on Eversight and EBAA Medical Standards and in full compliance with FDA regulations.
Hours: (4) 10-hour shifts (7am-5pm ET)
Remote work schedule with occasional mandatory in-office days.Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Non- Exempt
Essential Job Functions
Education: Undergraduate studies in science field preferred.
Skills: Detail orientated. Effective communication. Professional interaction. High level multitasking. Highly self-motivated and disciplined. Critical thinking and problem solving. Team focus. Agility. Flexibility.
Knowledge: Comprehension of medical terminology. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe. Proficient with technology. Valid driver’s license.

Essential Job Functions
- Studies donor medical history to determine if ocular tissue is eligible for surgical transplantation.
- Utilizes proficient understanding of medical terminology to review patient medical records, lab results and diagnoses in detail in order to make critical decisions.
- Performs accurate and efficient data entry of patient medical and social history.
- Provides superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Upholds strict HIPPA compliance.
- Maintains professional knowledge and adapts to industry changes through continuing education, workshops, and other professional educational publications.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the Mission and Values of Eversight.
