- Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm
- $18/hour
- Communicate regularly with clients to enhance service quality.
- Process and input customer orders (both inbound and outbound) into the site and customer Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Create and monitor warehouse work requests.
- Monitor inbound/outbound material activity and print order labels based on customer requirements.
- Trace shipped orders and notify customers of all activity concerning their merchandise.
- Perform various warehouse functions, including opening and closing procedures.
- Run inventory reports to check product availability.
- Perform daily customer-specific reporting tasks.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle some filing and data entry tasks.
- Greet visitors to the site.
- Maintain accurate records of customers' materials while on-site and in transit.
- Adhere to the site's quality and safety standards.
- Consistently follow attendance policies, showing up for work on time and ready to work assigned shifts.
- Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, and inbound/outbound manifests.
- Examine records like manifests, invoices, or orders to verify the accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.
- Maintain correspondences with customers, including receipts and invoices (if required), and document all correspondences.
- Assist in answering the telephone, resolving warehouse inventory discrepancies, and providing backup to the warehouse team.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
- Work with other representatives to rectify issues such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
- Resolve issues related to overages, shortages, and damages.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- High school diploma or GED
