Everstaff is Hiring an Information Technology System Specialist Near Rockford, IL
IT Systems Specialist
Direct-Hire (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance current ERP processes, offering solutions to identified issues.
- Provide training to employees to ensure optimal use of IT systems.
- Offer support for daily issues to maintain system performance at peak levels.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of PCs and various network devices.
- Help maintain network connectivity for all computer and network-related equipment, including internet service and VPN.
- Contribute to network design and implementation.
- Aid in the creation and management of network users and permissions.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Competency:
- Associate’s or Technical Degree, or 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, Windows PCs, basic networking, and excellent interpersonal skills to help non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
- Experience with scripting and/or programming is a plus.
