Lead Customer Service Representative to join our crew and help support Dr. Snow in offering the best care to our patients.

Job duties and skills include:
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Answer phones and take messages
- Schedule appointments according to reason for visit
- Efficiently process payments
- Maintain correspondence via email and phone calls
- Great communication with team members and clients
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills

Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
