JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Events Lead to join our dynamic consultancy firm that specializes in electric, connected, shared, and autonomous mobility solutions, as well as e-mobility diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As the Events Lead, you will be a key part of implementing EVNoire’s mission and vision. The Events Lead is responsible for providing management and coordination through the creation of planning, execution, fundraising, and follow-up to EVNoire’s events. The Events Lead will work closely with the communications team, the regional program manager team, the Executive Leadership Team, community leaders, sponsors, speakers, vendors, and other industry professionals to plan and coordinate special events and will evaluate and report results, refine existing event planning procedures while also providing recommendations to improve and guarantee event success.

Our team is comprised of engineers, data scientists, charging infrastructure specialists, policy experts, and e-mobility consultants working with the private and public sector to advance decarbonization strategies. Members of our leadership team are also the co-founders of a national 501c3, the nation’s largest network of diverse EV drivers and enthusiasts. This organization's mission is to increase awareness of multimodal zero-emissions transportation while accelerating a just transition to its adoption.

Location:This is a remote, hybrid role with candidate preferably based in metro Atlanta or preferably on the east coast of the continental U.S; candidates should be based within 40 miles of a major airport. Some travel is expected to attend organization and industry events and to join the team members at internal and external-facing meetings and events.
